Our Policy
BOOKING:
You must contact me by phone or email and I will provide you with the necessary information to make the reservation.
You will be required to make a deposit in advance by bank transfer to secure your reservation.
We reserve the right to demand bail if we deem it appropriate.
PAYMENT:
The remaining payment is made either in advance by transfer or directly in cash on the day of arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
In case of cancellation the reservation will be returned if it is due to force majeure justified. If it is not justified enough will be attended to:
1. If the cancellation is more than 30 days before the booked date, it will be returned in full.
2. If the cancellation is more than 21 days in advance, 50% will be refunded.
3. If the cancellation is less than 21 days before, nothing will be returned
DISCOUNT POLICY:
* SPECIAL DISCOUNT FOR FIDELITY: Discount on the price if you have already been the customer group of Casa Rural Las Marzas, only applicable January.
* DISCOUNTS OR OFFERS ARE NOT ACCUMULATIVE, in case the clients fulfill requirements for several of them only one of them can be accommodated.
* DISCOUNTS WILL NOT APPLY ON BRIDGES, CHRISTMAS, OR HOLY WEEK. They will only be applicable in low season, that is, January.
